Cutting stock for the drawers.

It's all cut oversize to be trimmed on the tablesaw with an 80-tooth blade later. The three pieces in the background are all that is left from a whole sheet of 3/4" ply. The three in the front are the "carcass" of the drawers.

10 Runners, rough cut.

10 runners, planed into oblivion. (7/8" square. I overdid it).

Side note: When using a screwdriver as a splitter. Make sure that it's tilted AWAY from the sawbade in case it tips over. And if you don't, be sure to stay out of its trajectory (I did). DAMHIKT.

Trimmed drawer fronts, backs, and sides.

Changing bits in this table isn't too hard. Back to the 3/4" Ply groove bit. (23/32")

Oh, almost forgot, I had this speed control laying around. Makes a DANDY remote switch.

I don't know why it has a belt clip on it, but that made it easy to mount.

This didn't work as well as I hoped.

Setting up to Dado the drawers.

THIS hose arrangement...

... worked VERY well for picking up the Dado dust.

Dadoed and Rabbeted.

Nice.

Glue-up.

They're right. You can't have too many clamps. I don't have too many clamps. That's why I had to do one drawer at a time.
