The FCC has restructured the Amateur Radio License classes, and requirements. The 13, and 20 WPM Code test have been eliminated. The one code requirement at present is 5 WPM. Please also note that the Novice, and Advanced class licenses are not issued any longer.

This does not mean your present Novice, or Advanced class has been canceled. They are renewable, and have been Grand fathered with the privileges earned at the time the License was issued.
